Is it really free during beta?
Yes. Pro and Business are free during the beta, no card required. You sign up, pick a plan, and start building. We will give clear notice before anything starts to bill.
What am I actually paying for?
Plans are metered by projects and team seats, not by messages or tokens. A project is one agent with its own config, tools, and knowledge. A seat is a person on your team in the dashboard.
Do I pay EERRAA for the AI?
No. You bring your own model key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google), so model tokens are billed to you by your provider at their rates. EERRAA never sees your model spend and never marks it up.
What happens if I go over my project or seat limit?
You upgrade to the next tier, or self-host for unlimited. Your existing agents keep running. We do not delete your work.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. EERRAA is open source and self-hostable. Run it on your own infrastructure with unlimited projects and keep every byte of data on your side. That is the Enterprise path.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
