Terms of service.

EERRAA is in beta. Features can change, break, or disappear. We may reset data, adjust limits, or take the hosted service down for maintenance with little notice while we are in beta.

During the beta the hosted service is free, including the Pro and Business tiers, with no card required. We will give clear, advance notice before anything starts to bill.

You are responsible for your account, your team members, and everything done under your organization. Keep your credentials safe.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service, and you must use it in line with these terms.

You bring your own model provider key. Your use of Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google through EERRAA is also governed by that provider’s terms. You are responsible for your usage and any charges your provider bills you.

The same applies to any tools, MCP servers, or webhooks you connect. You are responsible for what you wire up and what it does.

Do not use EERRAA to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send malware. Do not attempt to bypass isolation between organizations, probe or attack the infrastructure, or abuse rate limits and budgets.

Do not build agents that harass people, generate content that sexually exploits minors, or facilitate clear real-world harm. We can suspend accounts that do.

You are responsible for the agents you deploy, the tools they call, and the content they produce for your users.

EERRAA is built on open-source software, and the core is itself open source. Your right to self-host and modify that code is governed by its open-source license, not by these hosted-service terms.

These terms cover the hosted beta. If you self-host, most of them simply do not apply, because you are running your own instance.

You keep ownership of your configuration, your knowledge documents, and your conversation data. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store, process, and display that content back to you.

We do not use your conversation content to train models, and we do not sell it.

The hosted beta is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose while it is in beta.

Do not rely on the hosted beta as the sole system of record for anything critical. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose.

To the extent the law allows, EERRAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the beta. Since the beta is free, our total liability for it is limited accordingly.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

You can export or delete your data from the dashboard and the API before you go.

We will update these terms as the product leaves beta and matures. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
